My name is Pam McHugh. I'm your Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach.
My goal is to make every workout session the right one for you. In addition to your exercise routine, I will design a personalized meal plan that has a synergistic effect to accomplish your goals.
I am passionate about my job as a personal trainer and life coach.
I design fun, effective workouts to meet your specific needs as well as introduce you to healthy nutritional options that will enhance your overall training experience.
My background in weight, aerobic, flexibility, and group training is wide-ranging and my knowledge of meal planning is lengthy. I have also personally trained for figure competitions, running events, and have extensive athletic experience.
I am a certified ACE personal trainer with the American Council of Exercise and a Group Fitness Instructor with Les Mills.
Whether you are new to exercise, need to get healthy, or lose weight, my job as your personal trainer is to assist you in reaching your goals.
I have been working with Pam for a little over a year now. I wanted to work with a trainer because I had baby weight to lose, and I am happy to say that with Pam's guidance I am leaner today than I was before I got pregnant. Pam is amazing to work with. She is always cheerful and energetic, even at 5:30 in the morning! Her passion for fitness is contagious and keeps me motivated week to week. She has taught me so much about how to exercise to attain certain goals and how to eat to support my fitness. I look forward to my sessions with Pam because I know I am going to get a great workout and have fun while doing it!

I have been following the meal plan Pam designed for me for just over 5 weeks and I can't believe the results I've already had. I'm down 11lbs, 2% body fat, and have lost inches all over my body. In addition to all of my physical changes, I feel fantastic! I feel satisfied and my body loves all the food I am eating. Her meal planning is straight forward and takes the guess work out of figuring out what to eat. I'm kicking myself for not starting with her sooner!

I went to train and get a nutrition plan with Pam not because I thought I needed to lose weight, I had tried all sorts of diets and training plans by myself and had thought that I was just going to be the way I was for the rest of my life. I was going just to make sure I was being "healthy". After about 18 months of training and nutrition I have lost 40lbs and have gained muscle I also am not tired and groggy anymore! I went to Pam to get healthy and instead she changed my life! I absolutely love Pam she sincerely cares and helps me obtain the goals I want to reach and challenges me to reach higher than I thought I could. Pam's work speaks for itself! Pam is an amazing person, a badass athlete and an awesome trainer!
I have been strength training with Pam for about two years now.
